The new KuaiFit Personal Training App has just been released on the Google Play Store (the App Store will follow shortly). The Android app gives users a tool to receive real-time sport coaching from real-life personal trainers by deploying digital audio workouts to users as they exercise, all from the convenience of their smartphone. Put on your music; choose your workout; press play and the personal training experience begins.

The app boasts a very easy-to-use user interface. Simply press "Start" and get real-time, adaptive voice training from the personal trainer of your choice. It is like having your own personal coach guiding you through each session. The app automatically records your distance, calories, heart-rate, speed, pace, and duration. You can view your biometric and performance data, and track your route on the map, as you work out or after the workout.

This KuaiFit training solution also boasts flexibility in user connectivity. Users can connect the KuaiFit Personal Training App to heart-rate sensors and headphones via Bluetooth, but also to KuaiFit’s very own proprietary smart headphones to have training plans automatically deployed and adapted using its integrated sensors if users prefer not to carry their phone.
