After releasing on Google Play back in May, the KuaiFit Personal Trainer App is now available from the App Store. It provides users with a tool to receive sport coaching from personal trainers by deploying digital audio workouts to users in real-time, all from the convenience of their iPhone. Play your music; choose your workout; press play, and the personal training experience begins.

The app requires iOS 8.0 or later, and is only compatible with iPhone.


The app boasts a large selection of audio workouts and fitness plans. Users can browse through an extensive list of adaptive exercise plans created by top sport coaches in the areas of running, cycling, endurance training, gym, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), triathlon, etc. Plans are available for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level users, and can be used anytime, anywhere from an iPhone.

The app uses a very user-friendly interface. Simply press "Start" and get real-time, adaptive voice training from the personal trainer of your choice. It is like having your own personal coach guiding you through each session. The app records your distance, calories, heart-rate, speed, pace, and duration. You can view your biometric and performance data, and track your route on the map, as you work out or after the workout.

This KuaiFit training solution also provides flexibility in user connectivity. Users can connect the KuaiFit Personal Trainer App to heart-rate sensors and headphones via Bluetooth, but also to KuaiFit’s very own proprietary smart headphones to have training plans automatically deployed and adapted using its integrated sensors if users prefer not to carry their iPhone.

The KuaiFit Personal Trainer App has a subscription-based model, offering unlimited plan downloads for premium members. Users can subscribe on a monthly basis, and if users do not need access to the entire library, there are also many free sample plans for users to try out before opting for premium.
